Qualifications

Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

Is responsible to provide technical support and/or improvements to existing products/processes, and/or to help transfer new products to manufacturing.

Is responsible to provide technical support and/or improvements to existing products/processes, and/or to help transfer new products \ equipment to manufacturing.

Main Accountabilities:

Maintain up-to-date status on project schedules, budget and PO status

Review and recommend equipment expenditure generating appropriate CAPEX requests

Create documentation for new process \ equipment introduction such as SOP's and work instructions

Resolve technical problems on the production floor

Coordinate design activities with inputs from production, maintenance and external vendors.

Apply lean manufacturing methods to assure good flow and manufacturability with minimal waste.

  • Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Studies-Experience:
  • Bachelor's with 2-3 years of experience in Engineering

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Risk Analysis, Problem Solving, current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance, site product lines and manufacturing processes (including QC), statistical methods.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Analytical skills.
  • Team player mindset.
