Job Description
Pitney Bowes is an essential business in need to help support the economy. We are currently recruiting for someone who is willing to take on the responsibility as a 2nd shift lead and drive our team to success!

Job Description:
  • Sets up and operates established processes under specific guidelines.
  • Verifies goods against production orders and process instructions.
  • Accurate Data Input and Inventory Control
  • Willingness and desire to engage in training and process.
  • Requires competent English skills in the spoken word and in reading comprehension.
  • Formal Training required to be completed within a probationary period.
  • Requires knowledge of commonly-used manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures within field.
  • Works under supervision.

Major Areas of Accountability:

Safety- Follow safety policies. Engage and encourage safe practices in the workplace.

Performance and Quality- Ability to multi-task and follow process as written and trained. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Expected to develop and consistently use good work habits.

Daily Tasks-Oversee, supervise, and lead team of 30-40 associates. Task of team is to package online subscription boxes for pet owners. Good housekeeping, organizational and minor data entry skills.

Team Player- Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).

Dependability -Punctuality and regularity of attendance are job requirements and company policy.

Requirements:

  • Must be have at least 2 years of lead experience.

  • Must be proficient in English. Spanish/French is a plus!

  • High School Diploma

  • Quick with numbers

  • Material Handling/Manufacturing experience

Pay Rate: 18.00/hr

Location: Hebron, KY

Schedule:
- M-F
- 8 hours (3pm-11:30pm)
- 2nd Shift
