Job Category: Regular Full-Time

Positions are in our Lawrenceburg, Kentucky location. Applicants must be available to work according to one of the following 4-day alternating schedules:

  • Monday - Saturday 3:30 pm - 3:30 am
  • Monday - Saturday 4:30 pm - 4:30 am
  • Monday - Saturday 5:30 pm - 5:30 am

Must be willing to work overtime and be available for training as needed.

Production Operators must be self-motivated and reliable. Other duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring, operating, and adjusting production equipment.
  • Maintaining and monitoring computer software or hardware associated with the position.
  • Completing all regulatory and necessary paperwork during the shift.
  • Completing daily cleaning tasks and keeping work area clean. 2nd shift includes sanitation duties.
  • Assisting in rework/add-back during idle production times.
  • Contact support personnel (i.e. Maintenance, Quality, etc.) to relay pertinent information as necessary.
  • Dealing with issues as they arise in production areas.
  • Driving a forklift and warehousing product.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • This job requires a high school diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of production experience preferred. Food experience is a plus.
  • Applicant must be able to read, write, perform mathematical calculations, understand and adhere to good manufacturing practices in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with RF scanners is helpful but not required.
  • Experience driving a sit-down forklift is highly recommended.
