Thank you for your interest in working with Pearl Interactive Network - Winchester! We are now hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives. 

Walk-ins Welcome. Please bring 2 forms of ID for employment eligibility.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for answering incoming calls from consumers, responding to inquiries and questions, and providing information on program and service offerings. No sells or telemarketing. Training provided. If you're customer friendly, able to type at least 20 wpm, can work well in call center environment , we encourage you to come meet with us.

Must be 18 yrs of age or older and have a GED/HS Diploma to apply. Criminal Background check required. 

Facility Operating Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday
