Job Description
Pitney Bowes is an essential business in need to help support the economy. We are currently recruiting for someone who is willing to take on the responsibility as a 2nd shift lead and drive our team to success!

Job Description:
  • Sets up and operates established processes under specific guidelines.
  • Verifies goods against production orders and process instructions.
  • Accurate Data Input and Inventory Control
  • Willingness and desire to engage in training and process.
  • Requires competent English skills in the spoken word and in reading comprehension.
  • Formal Training required to be completed within a probationary period.
  • Requires knowledge of commonly-used manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures within field.
  • Works under supervision.

Major Areas of Accountability:

Safety – Follow safety policies. Engage and encourage safe practices in the workplace.

Performance and Quality– Ability to multi-task and follow process as written and trained. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Expected to develop and consistently use good work habits.

Daily Tasks Oversee, supervise, and lead team of 30-40 associates. Task of team is to package online subscription boxes for pet owners. Good housekeeping, organizational and minor data entry skills.

Team Player – Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).

Dependability - Punctuality and regularity of attendance are job requirements and company policy.

Requirements:

  • Must be have at least 2 years of lead experience.

  • Must be proficient in English. Spanish/French is a plus!

  • High School Diploma

  • Quick with numbers

  • Material Handling/Manufacturing experience

Pay Rate: 18.00/hr

Location: Hebron, KY

Schedule:
- M-F
- 8 hours (3pm-11:30pm)
- 2nd Shift
