We are currently hiring LPNs for Norton Healthcare Hospitals, Norton Medical Group, and Norton Children's Medical Group offices with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shift openings to fit your needs and to offer optimal flexibility.

Hospital settings at Norton Audubon, Norton Brownsboro, Norton Children's, Norton Hospital, and Norton Women's and Children's:

  • Under direction and supervision, the LPN focuses on safe, effective patient and family centered care, customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Responsible for assisting in maintaining a financially stable unit, promoting his/her own development with an emphasis on evidence based practice and education supported by a Practice Governance framework.
  • Under direction, may delegate nursing tasks to non-licensed staff members.
  • In conjunction with leadership, the LPN has the responsibility to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
  • Applies their educational and professional experiences in the delivery of quality care and mentoring/precepting of non-licensed staff and or students.

Norton Medical Group and Norton Children Medical Group Settings:

  • Under direction and supervision of the Practice Manager or RN, the LPN is responsible for the care of the patient and family, utilizing age appropriate principles of growth and development for patients of all ages according to the practice specialty.
  • Demonstrates professional development and clinical competency; addresses health educational needs for patients, families and other health care providers.
  • Manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to the office operations and applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to supervise students providing patient care, treatment, and services as part of their training.
