Description
Provides direct and indirect patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Qualifications
Required LicensesRadiologic Technologist and Technician
* Licensed by the State of KY as a radiation operator.* Registered by ARRT as a radiologic technologist.
* Licensed by the State of KY as a radiation operator.* Registered by ARRT as a radiologic technologist.
Required Skills
Certifications:* Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of employment.* Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification (or) obtained within 6 months after hire date.
Must be able to meet requirements of departmental on all policy.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
