Baptist Health is looking for Qlik Sense Developer/Architect to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY, IN, or IL

The Qlik Sense Developer/Architect will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing Qlik Sense data models, application, and reports, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will lead design activities, perform data modeling, and help define user and functional requirements. As a Qlik Sense Developer/Architect specializing in data modeling and integrations, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to turn complex data into intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. You will work closely with your Baptist Health colleagues and project team members to develop cutting edge Qlik Sense applications with interfaces to Oracle, SQL or SAP databases, Denodo Platform and the like. Your role will be critical in driving data-driven decision-making within Baptist Health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development, data modeling and reporting.

  • Experience in database design, preferably in SQL Server and/or Oracle. Strong experience writing SQL queries.

  • Experience in working with various data sources, including relational databases, flat files, and APIs.

  • Data Modeling and Logical Database Design experience a plus.

  • Experience developing and architecting Qlik Sense solutions in a large enterprise environment.

  • Experience in sourcing data from disparate systems with a good understanding of their data models and ETL processes.

  • Strong communications (verbal and written) and decision-making skills required.

  • Strong knowledge optimizing the creation of QVDs.

  • Ability to write complex expressions using set analysis within chart objects.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data visualization and analytics.

  • Results-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
