Job Description: Briggs & Stratton, LLC, Wauwatosa, WI, is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - HTR & RTR. Works with business units of HR related process & applications like SuccessFactors, Kronos, Concur, Dayforce and their data flow to SAP ECC in addition to Finance process like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Asset Accounting, and Controlling process like Costing, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger. Reviews business process from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve efficiency. Job Responsibilities include: Leads or participates in multiple projects to translate end user business needs to design, configure, document, and test software application solutions across multiple functional groups; Understands best practice business analyst processes and uses the knowledge to develop consistent requirements management procedures and templates; Identifies, creates and facilitates process design changes by conducting business and systems analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement; data reliability; re-engineering processes and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes and partnering with business to ensure solutions provided meet long-term business strategies; Analyzes and synthesizes business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes; Elicits requirements and clearly documents configuration and system support materials including functional, technical specifications and training materials; Maintains and develops internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes; Supports the software lifecycle of other enterprise software applications such as implementation, configuration, post go live support, and training; Provides internal support for evaluation of proposed functionality in existing and proposed applications; Mentors team on the use of best practices and monitors teams compliance to department processes.

Qualifications: Requires bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, accounting, or related field. Will accept three-year or four-year bachelor's degrees. Requires 8 years of experience, which must include: 8 years of experience with HR related applications like Concur for Travel Expense and their data flow to SAP ECC; 8 years of RTR experience with Finance process like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Asset Accounting; 8 years of RTR experience with Controlling process like Costing, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger; 8 years of experience with software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative, Blueprinting); 8 years of experience with projects involving multiple integrated systems where new requirements need to be traced through the inter-related systems, and multiple stakeholders across several departments; 8 years of experience defining the business need within the context of the project and then translating the need into requirements; 7 years of experience with requirements gathering; 5 years of experience in requirements management.
