Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Writer & eNewsletter Coordinator to oversee the creation and distribution of our monthly customer newsletter.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts, collecting customer updates and communications, writing engaging articles, and managing the newsletter deployment process through our email platform, HubSpot.
  • Develop relationships with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to gather content and updates for the monthly newsletter.
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Work with key stakeholders including the internal legal department to secure final approval on all content.
  • Utilize HubSpot to build the newsletter in coordination with our HubSpot administrator.
  • Schedule and deploy the monthly newsletter according to established timelines
  • A minimum of 5 yrs experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing, preferably in a marketing or communications role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
