Pay Range: $89,000-$126,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Directs the plant financial reporting and controls of five or more plants and prepares financial analyses of operations for the guidance of management. Responsible for the plants' financial management, reporting, and analysis, and internal control practices, the maintenance of its financial records, and the preparation of plant-level financial reports. Supports the corporate financial reporting accounting group in the monthly accounting, reporting, and analysis. Drive consistency across the operations by use of best practices. Will support strategic projects, to improve both SFA performance and overall plant performance including but not limited to forecasting, analysis, and inventory management. Supports the Director - Operations Finance, Operations RVPs and Regional HR Directors as necessary to help their plants and region successfully achieve their operational and financial goals.

Supervisor of SFA's at designated facilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to Senior Financial Analysts and staff at designated locations.
  • Manage the selection, training, and appraisal of SFAs.
  • Perform SFA duties at assigned locations during vacancies and assist in selecting and training new hires.
  • Monitor, review, and enforce effective internal controls and processes at assigned locations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director - Operations Finance.
  • Build strong relationships both within and between regions to ensure best practice usage across the entire group.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years professional (post-degree) financial analysis experience preferably with managerial experience.
  • Prior experience as Sealy SFA is a plus performing at above-average level with proven best practices.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed.
