Job Description/Responsibilities
WMS System Manager

The Warehouse Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of all warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in warehouse operations, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Will use PDS to implement CIP in the warehousing system space and continually improve skillset and stay up to date on technology improvement.
  • Implement new WMS systems in support of company growth.
  • Maintain required up time needed on WMS and supporting systems.
  • Utilize WMS and analytic systems to improve the overall inventory of FG and raw materials.
  • Assist in creating analytics around WMS information and ensure required data reaches third party systems as needed.
  • Involves setting up the program and getting participants to enter priorities and then use the system to actually work their priorities; Incorporate priorities into position descriptions
  • Working with FEG and user suggestions, continually address and enhance ERP system functionality and develop integration point with 3rd party applications to improve processes and systems. Implement Oracle Fusion Cloud as replacement for INFOR System21.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
PREFERRED
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • 5 years Experience developing peripheral ERP systems, i.e. forms, imaging, workflow, etc.
  • 3 years Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
Physical Requirements
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
