Employee Services has the immediate need for a remote, full time Client Service Account Manager to maintain our current clients in southern Westchester county NY, northeastern PA & southern CT regions.
The full time Client Service Account Manager will work from their home office to maintain existing business with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients in the assigned region. The successful candidate will conduct presentations and trainings, respond to service requests, problem resolution, and account renewal, in person and/or virtually based on client's request.
