Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or GED required.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ability to learn software programs.

Other Skills and Abilities

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong ability to use good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all phases of work.

Proven ability to focus and multi-task in a call center environment.

Must be able to meet deadlines.

Must be detail oriented.

Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors.

Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.

Ability to work other than normal banking hours including Saturday rotation.

Must be a team player with a positive outlook.


Job Description

Summary

Provides excellent customer service and assistance to consumers and corporate clients. Will be in a call center environment assisting customers and clients regarding the establishment and maintenance of payroll deduction accounts and working as a team with other Firstnet employees.

Essential Function

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide assistance to account holders, finance companies by responding to inquiries by phone or mail, processing stop payments, distribution funds as requested.

Performs file maintenance as required through the Allotment Processing System.

Compile, separate and distribute end of month reports and payments to clients.

Image documentation daily.

Input new authorizations through the Allotment Processing System.

Edit and update customer information as received through company authorizations or customer request.

Distribute funds per authorized requests through check, wire transfer or Money Gram.
