You will perform semi-skilled work alone or assist a skilled worker. This will include performing maintenance work on buildings and facilities by utilizing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other building trade tools. Other duties involve the use of lawn care equipment and miscellaneous maintenance and gas-powered hand tools in many different tasks. These tasks frequently require the application of skills acquired on the job and vary on a daily basis. Another part of the job consists of custodial-type work such as cleaning latrines, cabins, and other buildings.
